CAPPADOCİA (3 DAYS 2 NİGHTS)

Cappadocia, in central Anatolia, was covered with ash and boulders millions of years ago by the eruptions of the Erciyes and Hassan Dagi volcanoes. The meter-thick layer of ash became tuff and eroded into a bizarre landscape. The harder boulders remain like hats on the tuff columns. And thus form the fairy chimneys. Cappadocia was created by nature. Nature plays a major role in the formation of Cappadocia. An area that may have served as a foregone example for the Flintstones. Here you will find houses, stables and churches all carved out of a relatively soft rock called tuff. There are entire underground cities where about 20,000 people had lived. Cappadocie is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Because it is unique landscape in the World. if you visit this area,you will find yourself like in another planet. When you walk amongst the fairy chimneys,you will enjoy it very much. Are you ready for a fairytale journey? we have 3 days excursion to cappadocia.

DAY 1:

All guests will be picked up by our coach and you will travel through the Taurus Mountains to Konya and visit the Mevlana Museum. Mevlana is considered one of the great Islamic philosophers. He is the founder of the order of the whirling Dervishes. However, after the Turkish Republic was founded, the order was banned and all that remains is the museum.

We stop for lunch on the way. In the afternoon we drive across the plateau to Cappadocia.

DAY 2:

After breakfast we enjoy an intensive day excursion to the fairytale tuff landscape.which was created by eruptions of lava from the volcanoes Erciyes and Hasan Dağ. Partly due to erosion, numerous striking rock formations have been created in a special moon landscape. Furthermore, we visit one of the underground cities of Cappadocia. Underground cities were simply places of residence before Christ. Later they were used as places of refuge. During the time of the Arab siege, the inhabitants sought and found refuge in these underground cities. Then we visit the valleys of zelve and paşabağ ourselves. there we will enjoy our walk. after lunch we will visit the village of çavuşin. we will see the traces of orthodox there.

we will also visit the handicraft workshops of the region. so you will have time to shop. We have many possibilities to take a Picture of many panoramas.

DAY 3:

After breakfast we will also take some panoramas. And then time to say goodbye cappadocie. We have a very long distance today. We turn back to hotels. Ofcourse we will stop for lunch on the way back.

Important information for the balloon tour!

Children under 6 years old and pregnant women are not allowed to ride in the baloon.

Balloon ride according to the weather conditions, so in case of cancellation, the fee will be refunded.
