Cappadocia Tour (3 Days, 2 Nights) – Discover Fairy Chimneys and History

Discover Türkiye's unique natural beauty and historical heritage on a Cappadocia Tour. During this 3-day tour with 2 nights of accommodation, visit the Mevlana Museum in Konya and explore Cappadocia's underground cities, fairy chimneys and impressive valleys. When weather conditions are suitable, you may also have the opportunity to watch hot air balloons fill the sky at sunrise.

Konya and the Mevlana Museum

Travel through the Taurus Mountains to Konya and visit the Mevlana Museum. Continue towards Cappadocia and explore one of the region's historic underground cities.

Cappadocia's Natural Beauty

Admire the unusual rock formations of Devrent Valley, discover the historical character of Çavuşin Village and enjoy photo stops at scenic viewpoints. You will also visit local handicraft workshops, where you can discover traditional products.

Accommodation and Meals

The tour includes 2 nights of hotel accommodation, hotel breakfasts and dinners. Breakfast on the first day and all lunches are at an extra charge.

Return Journey

After breakfast on the third day, begin your return journey from Cappadocia. Enjoy a stop along the way before returning to your hotel.

Hot air balloon flights depend on weather conditions, and participating in a balloon flight costs extra.

Tour Program

1.Day
  • All guests will be picked up by our bus and you will go to Konya, passing through the Taurus Mountains, and visit the Mevlana Museum. Mevlana is considered one of the great Islamic philosophers. He is the founder of the Whirling Dervish Order. However, after the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, the order was banned and only the museum remained. We stop for lunch on the way. In the afternoon, we visit one of the underground cities of the region. The underground cities were only places of residence before Jesus, later they were used as shelters against Arab invasions. After this visit, we go to the hotel for accommodation.
2.Day
  • After breakfast, we will embark on an intense day trip to explore the fairy-tale landscape of tuff formations created by the lava flows from Mount Erciyes and Mount Hasan. Due to erosion, a large number of striking rock formations have been created in a unique moon-like landscape. We will visit one of the region's most beautiful valleys, Devrent (Camel) Valley. Our first walk will be here, where everyone can take photos and videos, creating incredible memories. After lunch, we will visit the village of Çavuşin, where we will see traces of Orthodox influence. We will also visit the region's handicraft workshops, giving you time to shop. We will have plenty of opportunities to take photographs of many panoramic views.
3.Day
  • After breakfast we will also take some panoramas. And then time to say goodbye cappadocie. We have a very long distance today. We turn back to hotels. Ofcourse we will stop for lunch on the way back.
